What to Expect:
- Three months of bi-weekly Zoom calls (total of 6 live calls)*
- Somatic practice
- Seasonally inspired recipes, when applicable
- Playful activities to lean into the season (from the couch or in the kitchen)
- Telegram chat for ongoing group conversation and coaching
- Community focus
The Alchemy of Us is a year-long series of seasonally inspired rituals and group programming designed to align with nature’s guidance and a sense of play. Winter doesn’t have to feel sad and lonely. Darkness doesn’t have to feel scary. Let’s learn how to be in the soft solitude of the season with each other,
