Off Duty.

A morning retreat for nurses who are doing their best, even when it feels like it’s never enough.

Nurses, you take care of everyone else.
You give your all.
You deserve something in return, too!
Off Duty is just for you.

If you’ve been running on empty because a system that tells you to take care of others isn’t always taking care of you, this experience is designed for you.

You don’t need to add another self-care item to your to-do list; you just need to show up and allow us to shower you with the care and respect that you deserve, AND leave with tangible tools to support your well-being.

During this mini-treat, you will:

    •    Step out of survival mode
    •    Connect with people who get it
    •    Learn actionable tools to regulate and reset
    •    Reconnect with your why

All of this, held inside the historic, Prince Street Mind and Body Collective in Rochester, NY.
A space designed to allow exhale the moment you walk in.
